Some Ideas

Casting
 My characters need to be correct for the genre and to fill the description of the villain and victim
The Villain needs to be tall and preferable male and of a medium size build. This will dominate the victim through the different sizes.
The victim need to be slightly petite, this will highlight the innocence of the character to create vulnerability and the audience to feel emotion for this character.

The location
The main focus of my location is in a house as this is the main aspect of my storyline.
other locations may include;
Garden
College

Props
Props will help me to construct the narrative and create the genre i will need;
A cloak
Fake blood
Ties
Boxes


Lighting
My lighting will mainly be low key lighting as this refers to the genre of the film trailer, however in the equilibrium of my trailer which is at the beginning there might will mainly be high key lighting which will reflect the victims everyday normal life and then gradually get darker as the mood and atmosphere changes and then the lighting will reflect that.
Black and white composition may be used withing my editing process also.

Sound
I will need light sounding in the equilibrium of my trailer to highlight that everything is currently normal and stable, however  the sound will need to quickly change when we see the villain to become more deep within the sound diegesis. I will also need;
Screams
Bangs
